Garden, walls, building and all other outside features of the house and land. Its a good area outside, sufficient ground but needed a lot of attention. This was the expensive bit as contractors were needed to do a lot of the work but very pleased with the work.

Big work time!
So the old border in the driveway is removed and the ground has to be prepared for the new wall etc. It was a lot of work and took a few weeks to complete.
Rainwater pipe replacement.
The old leaking and badly positioned rainwater pipe was to taken off the wall. It required new drains to be installed in the pathway next to the house. Holes to be dug and pipes to be fitted underground in preparation for the new pipes above ground.
Pathways.
All the old pathways to be cleared and ready for new chukkies to make it fresh.
